Fees and costs, explained clearly

We believe you should know the full price before you commit. Every quote is written, itemised and valid for a set period, so you can compare it with any other option.

What your quote includes

Watch price
Exactly the price agreed with the Swiss seller. We do not add a hidden margin to the watch.
Our service fee
A fee for sourcing, checking, buying, inspecting and preparing your watch for export. It depends on the value and complexity of the purchase and is always shown as a separate line.
Insured express shipping
DHL Express or another courier, door to door, insured for the full value of the watch, with tracking.
Export documents
Commercial invoice and Swiss export declaration, included.
Import duties and taxes
Charged by your country's customs, not by us. We tell you in advance whether they are prepaid (DDP) or collected on delivery (DAP) and give you an estimate where possible.

Swiss VAT on exported watches

Switzerland charges VAT on goods sold for use in Switzerland. Goods that are exported are generally not subject to Swiss VAT. How this applies depends on the seller and on how the watch is invoiced, so your quote states clearly how VAT is handled for your specific purchase.
