Insured express courier
We ship with DHL Express as standard and can use other express couriers when they serve your area better. Every shipment is insured for the full value of the watch and fully tracked. A signature is required on delivery.
Discreet, secure packaging
The watch travels in its original box, protected inside a neutral outer carton with no brand names, logos or hints about the content. We photograph the sealed parcel before handing it to the courier.
Export from Switzerland
We issue a commercial invoice and the Swiss export declaration for every shipment. This is what allows the watch to leave Switzerland correctly and is the basis on which your country's customs calculate any duties and import taxes.
Import duties and taxes
Almost every country charges something when a watch is imported: import VAT or sales tax, sometimes customs duty, and sometimes an extra charge for luxury goods. These amounts are set by your country, not by us.
Depending on the destination, we ship either DDP (duties and taxes paid in advance, nothing to pay at the door) or DAP (the courier collects them on delivery). Your quote states which option applies and, where possible, gives an estimate. We always declare the real value: we never under-declare a watch.
Restricted destinations
We comply with Swiss export controls and sanctions. We do not ship to countries or persons subject to Swiss sanctions on luxury goods, such as Russia and Belarus, and we may decline any shipment that does not meet legal requirements.
