We use DHL Express or other express couriers for speed and visibility. Fewer days in transit means less risk, and every movement of the parcel is tracked.
Full-value insurance
Each shipment is insured for its full value. Correct declaration of value is essential: insurance does not cover an under-declared watch.
Neutral packaging
The watch box is protected inside a plain outer carton with no brand names or logos. Discretion reduces the risk of theft.
Signature on delivery
Delivery is made against signature. If you will be away, tell us and we will schedule shipping or use a pick-up point where available.
