Choose the seller carefully
Authorised dealers and established pre-owned specialists give you the strongest guarantees. With private sellers, look for complete box and papers, a clear history and a seller willing to answer questions.
Papers and history
A matching warranty card, original box, service receipts and purchase invoice all add confidence and value. We check that the documents correspond to the watch described.
Our inspection
When the watch reaches our office, we compare it carefully with the listing and send you detailed photos and a video. If anything looks inconsistent, we stop and talk to you before going further.
Independent watchmaker check
For high-value pre-owned pieces we recommend an optional check by an independent Swiss watchmaker, who can open the case, inspect the movement and measure timekeeping.
